Helping clients buy and sell residential real estate has been my passion for more than 30 years. I have extensive experience as a buyer's broker and relocation specialist and am dedicated to helping both buyers and sellers define and achieve their objectives. My prior experience included managing book stores for ten years, which required the same approach I utilize today—resourceful and energetic service, superior communication skills and taking great pleasure in finding the right match for the client.
A native of Minneapolis who earned a B.A from Wellesley College, I moved to Maine in 1978. I love living near the ocean, whether sailing along the coast or relaxing at the beach. My husband and I raised our 3 active daughters in Falmouth; our family included 2 dogs and a horse, so life was never dull! We love to sail and travel and we spend time each summer on the islands off the Maine coast with my twin sister and her family.
My colleague Gail Landry and I have sold more condominiums than anyone else in the state of Maine. I now reside in a downtown Portland condominium, and thoroughly enjoy the ability to walk to museums, restaurants, our sailboat on the waterfront and to my office. Gail and I are representative of the demographic seeking an urban lifestyle - downsizing but not downgrading. Portland continues to garner tremendous national press for its vibrant food scene, culture, architecture and recreational activities. I welcome the opportunity to introduce you to Portland as well as the surrounding towns and neighborhoods.
